Privacy Policy — InfiniteScan

1. Who we are

InfiniteScan is developed by Infinite IT Company (www.infiniteitbd.com). Support: support@infiniteitbd.com.

2. No account / registration

InfiniteScan does not require an account, sign-in, or registration. Core scanning works on your device.

3. On-device processing

• Camera frames are analyzed locally to detect codes and are not stored as photos by default.
• Decoded payloads may be saved in local history if you enable History.
• Settings and ad frequency caps are stored in local preferences.

4. Optional network use

• Product lookup (optional): numeric product or ISBN codes may be queried against Open Food Facts over HTTPS.
• Advertising: when ads are enabled and Remove Ads is not purchased, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) may process advertising identifiers under Google’s policies.
• Remove Ads: optional Google Play subscriptions (infinitescan_remove_ads_quarterly, infinitescan_remove_ads_yearly). No InfiniteScan account is needed; purchases use your Google Play account.
• Opening links, maps, phone, SMS, or email uses Android intents you confirm.

5. Permissions

• Camera — live scanning
• Photos / media — only when you pick a photo to scan
• Internet — optional lookup, ads, and user-confirmed external actions
• Advertising ID — AdMob when ads are enabled

6. Sharing

We do not sell scan history or share customer scan payloads with advertisers. Google processes ad delivery data when ads are shown.

7. Retention and deletion

Clear history in Settings or uninstall the app to remove local scan records.

8. Children

InfiniteScan is a general utility app. Do not submit children’s personal data via scanned content you do not control.
