From operating need to practical delivery
The product vision: Growing teams should not need an oversized enterprise suite just to connect client records, project delivery, documents, code work, and operational knowledge. Infinite Workspace OS is being developed as an exciting modular foundation that can suit agencies, service businesses, product teams, internal operations groups, and other specialized work environments.
Modular and affordability-led: Organizations can start with the operational modules relevant to their work and expand later instead of paying for a rigid all-or-nothing system. The architecture favors self-hostable and replaceable components so the product can pursue practical ownership and lower operating cost without making unsupported pricing promises.
Our implementation: Infinite Workspace OS pairs a React application with a FastAPI service layer and PostgreSQL as the system of record. Firebase authentication is synchronized to local users and role-based access. Hybrid retrieval can combine local models through Ollama with Qdrant-backed search when those services are healthy.
Current platform capabilities:
- Live MVP workflows for CRM, projects, tasks, and documents.
- A CodeSpace surface for development-oriented work inside the same company context.
- Permission-aware knowledge retrieval with explicit source ownership and rebuildable vector indexes.
- AI proposals and assisted actions designed around confirmation, abstention, and access boundaries.
- A client-portal direction that remains clearly separated from complete production readiness.
Current status: This is an actively developed internal product platform. Core workspace modules are usable MVPs; advanced portal and automation capabilities remain staged rather than being presented as finished enterprise features.
